Customer one is a local Mining Company, they just want to focus on their business and leave management of their email and systems to someone else. They request and we execute. This has been working without issue for a few years like this.

Customer 2 is a company with a worldwide presence and leverage most of Gsuites applications. In this case we set up the infrastructure and policies and then they manage the product themselves, only coming to us for administration and new configurations.
